A leading National telecommunications company in the Baltimore region is seeking full time technical support professionals.   Be a part of the team today!



Job responsibilities include:

 

  • Taking general calls to troubleshoot customer web-mail and password problems as well as home networking issues for phone, internet and video products
  • Must take an average of 30-45 calls per day
  • Must be flexible to learn and adapt to changes
  • Must look to upgrade and up-sell when possible
  • Strive for first call resolution
Requirements

Qualified candidates will have:

  • Solid Job History/Longevity
  • Knowledge of Windows and MAC operating systems
  • Experience with networking routers, modems and switches
  • Customer service experience is required
  • Call Center/Retail/Help Desk experience is preferred
  • Excellent phone/interpersonal skills required
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule is required
  • Must be resourceful in resolving customer inquiries
