Job Description 

Program Financial Analyst to lead large  mulit year O&M program with large WBS structure.

  • Responsible for detailed financial anaysis activities such as OSP and Inestment forecasting, EVMS (Earned Value Management Systems), variance explanation, ROM (Rough Order of Magnitude)  exercises and ECP (Engineering Change Proposals)  type proposals.
  • Be able to prepare cost to completes, spot risk and trends, and work with IPT leads to determine monthy EAC.
  • Must be able to support and comply with internal and external audits and report financial risks/opportunities to management.
  • PM will be located in the DC area so PFA will need to be trained in order to manage program cost remotely.
 

Job Requirements 

  • Must have BS in Business related field with a minimum of 6 years experience, 3-5 years of program execution.
  • Must be trained and have a working knowledge of EVMS and Proposals preparation.

 

Preferred Additional Skills:

  • Prefer  candidate to have security clearance already but must have the ability to obtain one to be considered.
  • Must be a self-starter and good at multi-tasking.




This position requires the candidate to be able to obtain a

TS/SBI Security Clearance.  In order to obtain a clearance you need to be a US Citizen and show proof of citizenship.
