Job Description 

Job Description: My client has been providing high quality Geothermal HVAC design and construction services to large residential(both private and military) and commercial market sectors since 1998. Very competitive salaries including benefits, 401k, company car/car allowance.

Actively seeking experienced HVAC/Mechanical Project Manager for large public housing retrofit projects in the Murfreesboro and Kingsport areas of Tennesee. Geothermal ground loop installation experience an excellent plus. Production residential (single family or multi family housing) construction experience a plus. Residential duct sytems knowledge a plus.


Job duties include onsite Project Management, scheduling, development of installation teams, hiring and management of local specialty subcontractors, contract management, cost control and projections, purchasing, engineering and design interface with the site construction activities, supervision and direction of all Company field personnel, implement and monitor quality control program, field office mobilization/operation/demobilization, rental equipment control, scheduling of all construction activities, implement OSHA and QA/QC processes, and close out documentation. Proficiency in MS Office software (Excel, Word, Project). These responsibilities may be adjusted from time to time according to the needs of the Company.
