Job Description 

Immediate opportunity to help build and establish the company’s MEP design engineering team. The job offers diverse project opportunities as well as opportunities for advancement. General responsibilities may include:
 
  • Designing high profile commercial, industrial and institutional building mechanical systems including plan layouts, schedules and shop drawing reviews
     
  • Evaluating and quantifying existing facilities systems.
     
    Exceeding client project performance requirements on schedule and on budget.
  • Heavy Marketing and Business Development
     
     
 

 


Job Requirements 

 
o        Education: Bachelor's of Science in Mechanical Engineering
o        Minimum of 7 years of mechanical (HVAC) design
o        Professional Engineer (P.E.) License Registration in Mechanical Engineering required
o        Experience in Commissioning
o        Experience with building codes and ASHRAE standards
o        Experience using system calculation software such as: TRACE, HAP, etc.
o        Experience with mechanical specifications preparation.
o        Experience with plumbing systems and fire protection systems design a plus.
o        Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office products
o        Excellent communication and presentation skills.
o        US citizenship required
o        Excellent writing skills.
o        Ability to travel
         MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH GOVERNMENT OR FEDERAL PROJECTS
