Description

Major corporation and leader in tools used by electricians seeks a National Sales Manager, based out of their Milwaukee headquarters.  Must live in or near the Milwaukee area and able to travel 45-50%.  Will pay  to relocate the idea candidate.

They design, manufacture and markets thousands of electrical products for sale through retailers and distributors in the U.S. market place.  For nearly 50 years, their brand of electrical tools, voltage testers and wire management products has been a mainstay in the electrical aisle of leading retailers such as Ace Hardware, Home Depot, Lowe‘s, Menards, True Value and other D.I.Y. outlets.

Candidates MUST have at least 2nd line management experience.  With experience  supervising sales managers, sales reps and National Account Reps.  Also managing distributors a key.

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE  in the retail and DIY industry.... (Lowe's, Home Depot,Wallmart, Target, etc).... This is a MUST!!!!

If your experience is to builders, contractor's and constrution only...Will NOT qualify you.

You will be respnsible for managing 4 other Regionals Managers, NAMs, sales representatives.

 

Base salary $130,000 to $145,000.  Bonus 35-45K.  All standard corporate benefits.
