Lead the Project for the development of the next generation web application in a geographically diverse team setting. Project Lead will support the Project for the development of the next generation Web application. The Candidate must demonstrate the following:

Must be able to work in a geographically dispersed team environment.

Must have exposure to dealing with large functional teams and Processes

Must be able to lead project and demands of complex requirements and complex technical solutions

Must help define standards for the rest of the team to utilize to build out the application framework and rest of components

Must follow strict SDLC guidelines Duties:

Performs day-to-day management of the Project deliverables interacting with the development team, including the interfacing with QA Testing and Business requirements teams as needed.

Manages the Project on a daily basis

Ability to react and provide quick turnaround to client requirements and management requests

Provide Project related Support as and when required

Work closely with Production support if required post-project deployment

Ability to prepare/maintain project plans and manage project tasks

Complete familiarity with SDLC processes

Notify Management concerning bottlenecks, problems, issues, and concerns

Candidate will need some prior hands-on programming experience in a technical environment, including Web Development

Excellent organization skills, demonstrated sense of responsibility and capability to deliver quickly

Excellent communication skills

Relationship builder and team player

Ability to respond under pressure to many demands
General Experience: Must have 14 years of progressive information technology experience in Software development, beginning with developing state-of-the-art mission critical web based applications to Tech Lead onto Technology Project Lead role preferably in the financial sector
