Our revenue at year-end 2009 was $1.14 billion, and net income was $66.0 million. Responsible for assisting departments with the development of Internet/Intranet applications. Develop web server applications and monitor their functionality. Maintain the integrity of the directory structure on the server. Review, analyze, and modify programming systems including encoding, testing, debugging and documenting programs. Create web-graphics, images, buttons and forms.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Designs, develops, and maintains Internet/Intranet applications utilizing HTML, ASP, ASP.NET(C+ and VB.Net), SQL, T-SQL, JavaScript, and IIS Server with emphasis on accessing data from relational (SQL) databases to ensure a quality end-user experience.
- Designs web structures which may include moderately complex interfacing with systems utilizing SQL queries and various programming languages (including database design).
- Considers equipment, capacity and limitations, operating time and form of desired results in application design.
- Develops detailed functional design specifications and tests condition documentation for developed applications.
- Learns, supports, and documents current and future systems as needed.
- Provides 24 hour on-call support for intranet applications supported within the Information Systems Division.
- Collaborates with other members of the Application Development team to deliver applications according to project specifications.
- Develops and leads technology efforts and moderately complex technical design projects for new and existing software applications.
- Participates in regular team-based case reviews, code reviews, code walkthroughs and maintenance of coding standards to facilitate code maintenance and enhancement.
- Understands and follows all policies, procedures, and controls as they relate to Sarbanes-Oxley and Information Systems.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
