Job Description 



International Human Resources Consuting firm located in Northwest Houston seeking call center open enrollment reps. 

Temporary Position until January
Monday-Friday 7am and 7pm
$12.50 

   

  • Answer queries and handle problems resolution on pension, health and welfare issues in a call center environment.

    • Spend approximately 90% of time on phones, averaging 50 calls per day.
    • Sort client mail and respond to participant letters.
    • Process coverage changes and send out supporting documentation.

     

     

 

 


Job Requirements 

- 6 months- 1 year of related experience
- Exceptional Customer Service Skills
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Can work with a sense of urgency
- 3 or more months in health and benefits knowledge

- Ability to adapt to communication style base don the callers needs.

- Responds well in a stressful, dynamic environment.
