There are some minimum requirements:

• 3 years salaried management experience in the RESTAURANT industry.
• No more than 2 jobs in the past 5 years
• Good tenure with previous employers
• A resume that demonstrates growth and upward progress
• Corporate experience
• High-Volume experience (Greater than $2M/year)
• Great people and leadership skills
