Finance & Insurance Manager 

Bob Howard Auto Group of Oklahoma City has an immediate opening for an F & I Manager to join our winning team.  Bob Howard is part of Group 1 Automotive, Inc., a Fortune 500 company, and a leader in the automotive retailing industry.

Our F & I Managers provide insurance and financing services to automotive customers by providing auto financing, insurance programs and other after sale products to new and used vehicle customers. 

• Present warranties, credit insurance, GAP insurance and other beneficial products offered by Bob Howard.
• Establish a positive relationship with customers as they are presented products and services.
• Determine the customer’s need for financing and explore payment options.
• Obtain credit reports, comparing customer evaluation to established standards, forwarding applications to lenders, conferring with loan processors, and obtaining loan approval.
• Meeting monthly forecast for F & I income, penetration levels, and customer satisfaction.
• Accurately prepare all federal, state, and dealer paperwork related to the transaction and submits to the dealership’s Accounting Department in a timely manner.
• Enhance customer satisfaction during the entire purchase experience.

Our ideal candidate will possess good organizational, time management and computer skills with the ability to prepare detailed paperwork.  The position requires superior communication skills to quickly build trust and rapport with the customer.  Prior experience in a dealership
F & I Department, auto sales, or in the selling of financial products is helpful.
