Medical Office Coordinator - Front Desk Apply Now

Job Description 

Front Desk Coordinator to perform check-in & check-out. 

 

This position supports clinic operations by checking in patients at front desk, verifying demographics and insurance information, obtaining referral/authorization, collecting co-pay/deductible, scheduling appointments, entering daily clinic charges , scheduling diagnostic testing and/or surgical procedures, maintaining physician calendar and other administrative and front desk functions.

Job Requirements 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have minimum two (2) years medical office experience and/or a minimum two years medical insurance experience

 Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

1.      Some college or technical training

2.      Ability to multi-task

3.      Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
4.      Must be familiar with medical terminology.
5.      Strong organizational & customer service skills
