Miami law firm is seeking an experience bankruptcy legal assistant  to be the right hand to a busy partner.

This position will work on bankruptcy and commercial litigation matters which will entail 

(1) monitoring bankruptcy and other court dockets,

(2) preparing and filing proofs of claim, pleadings, fee applications, and other papers,

(3) assisting attorneys with research issues including preference and claim analysis,

(4) preparing and maintaining task lists to track important deadlines,

(5) assisting with discovery, including the review and production of documents, and

(6) assisting attorneys in connection with trials, hearings, and appeals
