Business Process Analyst III

 

Description

 

Review technology projects sponsored by Risk and recommend whether the project is properly structured to account for technology, process, implementation, organizational and personnel risk.  Collaborate with Business Partners, developers, business owners, and business analysts to review solution requirements at the onset of engagements.  Identify redundancy and dependency between current projects and future road maps.  Support projects with a technology component for Risk Ops & Transformation.  Identify and eliminate scope creep in projects.

 

 

 


Job Requirements 

lifications/Requirements/Required Skills

·         5+ years of experience in banking, corporate/technology consulting, program office management

·         Experience in juggling multiple priorities

·         Understanding of project management lifestyle

·         Ability to actively participate in teams of business and technical people

·         Strong analytical and problem solving skills

·         Ability to learn new concepts quickly

·         Ability to manage competing priorities

·         Strong verbal/written communication and organization skills including ability to communicate to executives both orally and in writing

·         Provide effective participation in project meetings

·         Excellent documentation skills

·         Bachelors degree – business or computer sciences

·         Strong Microsoft Skills:  Access, Excel, PowerPoint

 

Preferred Qualifications/Requirements/Desired Skills

·         Computer Science undergrad coupled with MBA

·         Experience or understanding of Financial Services including Credit and Operational Risk

·         Experience with large scale enterprise system implementation projects

·         Experience with vendor selection process
