Minimum 3 years as a salaried assistant or general manager in a fast casual or fast food environment .
Must be CURRENTLY employed as a restaurant manager.
Experience in a concept with good structure and high volume.
Proven ability to train and lead an entire crew.
Above average energy and enthusiasm for taking care of guests.
