Educator & Quality Improvement RN
This full time position is responsible for staff orientation, education and ongoing staff development. Functions as a clinical resource for staff to enhance professional and independent practice within the department. Responsible for the development and coordination of the department quality improvement plan, in cooperation with Care Center Director. Supports performance improvement activities through data collection, ongoing review, analysis and reporting. Patients of all ages are served. Implements and abides by Customer Service Standards.

Requirements
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required. Bachelor’s degree in nursing required.
One year of home care experience or knowledge of home care regulatory guidelines strongly preferred. Good communication skills both orally and written essential. Knowledgeable of computer based data entry required.
Currently licensed as a registered nurse in the State of Minnesota required. Basic Life Support (BLS) required. Valid Minnesota driver's license and a vehicle available for work, a driving record in good standing, and the minimum amount of insurance liability coverage required.
