Job Description 



Our client, one of Columbus' fastest growing Medical Equipment companies in Ohio, is looking to add someone to their insurance and billing team.  They are seeking a full-time insurance biller with VERY strong communication and typing skills.  This company has experienced tremendous growth in its first 3 years of business and expects to grow by 200% or more throughout the remainder of 2010.

Applicant will be performing insurance verifications, reviewing and approving paperwork, pre-authorization and some billing.

Must be able to multi-task and work in a very fast pace environment.  The successful candidate must be able to receive direction and successfully implement into their day-to-day routine.

Applicant needs working knowledge of co-pays, deductibles, and pre-authorization.

$10 to $12 per hour.

40 hours / week

Job Requirements 


  • MUST be very ORGANIZED and be able to demonstrate this during the interview process
  • Medical Equipment experience would be preferred. (Home Health, Physician Office)
  • Minimum of 1 year of previous Insurance or Billing experience
  • Maximum of 5 years
  • Documented W-2's will be required
