About the Service Consultant Position

Provides exceptional customer service exclusively by phone to various internal and external FHB customers in a positive, professional, and enthusiastic manner.  Utilizes available resources to identity customers’ needs accurately and efficiently when assisting customers with general bank information, responding and resolving any customer concerns.

Requirements

Minimum of two years financial experience in sales or comparable work experience in a retail environment required.  Oral and written communication skills, ability to use judgment and discretion in problem resolution and confidential information required.  Familiarity with PC’s in word processing, windows, spreadsheets and technical background highly desirable.

 

Work Schedule

Our Call Center is a 24/7 operation. Our Service Consultants work one of three shifts. We are recruiting for the following:

1st Shift: must be available on M-F 5:00am-5:00pm (8 hour shift)
2nd Shift: must be available on M-F 12:00pm-12:00am and Saturdays & Sundays anytime (8 hour shift)

NOTE: must be available for training for the first three months on M-F 8:00am-5:00pm
