A national medical reference laboratory based in Houston is looking for a Director Research and Development to join our team. We have innovated medical diagnostic testing for a diverse patient population.
If you have management experience in the clinical laboratory arena, a solid research background in chemistry or immunology, we may be the next step in your career.

Requirements
Requires a PhD with 5-7 years research and management experience in clinical chemistry or immunology reference laboratory testing.
REQUIRES at least 5 years in a MANAGEMENT role overseeing clinical laboratory research and development and operations.
Must have experience in the diagnostic testing and assay development in immunology or chemistry.
Must have thorough understanding of CLIA regulations.
Must have excellent communication and written skills.
