Weston Solutions, Inc. (WESTON®) has an exceptional opportunity in our Vernon Hills office for an Assistant Project Scientist.
Candidate must have good knowledge of geology principles. Candidate will provide project manager and senior scientist with accurate and pertinent scientific data according to agreed upon methods, procedures, and techniques. Successful candidates would have strong writing skills. They would be able to support our Emergency Response work on an as needed basis. Working knowledge of GIS and databases a strong plus. Candidate would have a strong sense of attention to details, be a self starter, have strong communication skills (oral and written), be a rapid learner, and fit well within WESTON's safety and quality culture. 25% - 75% travel may be involved with this position.
