Job Description
The Administrative Assistant will provide support to the Chief Tax Officer and others in the department. The position will require preparation of correspondence, PowerPoint presentations and other communication from rough drafts and verbal instructions. The Administrative Assistant will also prepare and edit documents for accuracy, assist with meeting arrangements, maintain the calendar for the Chief Tax Officer, maintain a filing system and index, and answer telephone calls in a timely and professional manner. They will also assist with collection of data from hospitals and check for completeness, network with co-workers to share best practices, understand different departments and their role within the corporate office, develop strategies and align work to achieve goals, and complete special projects and other duties as requested to support the needs of organization.
