Job Description 
Job:  Nursing

Hospital/Facility:  378-Brookwood Medical Center - Birmingham, AL

Shift Type* :  12 Hour Night

If other shift, specify :  

Shift begin time:  6:45 PM

Shift end time:  7:15 AM

  • Ultimately responsible for the operation of the unit on their assigned shift as it relates to coordination of clinical care delivery, staffing, and physician satisfaction.

  • Performs management functions related to HR activities such as employee counseling, monitoring of attendance and educational needs.

  • Responsible for accurate shift report.

Job Requirements  
Current RN license in the State of Alabama required.  A minimum of 2 years Critical Care or Step-down experience required.  ACLS certification required.  Previous Charge experience a plus.
