The Senior SEO Specialist will be responsible for the development, management and execution of client and new business SEO strategies focused on both on-going page optimization and new website launches.

The ideal candidate will have FOUR-FIVE years of PROFESSIONAL/PAID SENIOR-LEVEL Search Engine Optimization experience and will be able to: explain effective SEO strategies, describe personal experience with successful implementation of SEO strategies and demonstrate a track record of success in improving page rankings and increasing website traffic. The candidate will also need to possess: experience managing others, interfacing with clients, the ability to innovate, working knowledge of HTML and Web technologies and excellent research skills. Agile, resourceful and energetic personalities only, please.

Job Description

  • Analysis and editorial creation of keyword components associated with ongoing web site development and traffic.
  • Monitoring search site listing for clients to ensure the highest level of performance.
  • Optimizing clients sites to show growth and to perform effectively and meet revenue goals.
  • Communicate with prospects and clients as needed to discuss planning, strategies, results, or general consulting on SEO.
  • Work with internal team members to forecast search time lines and reporting schedules.
  • Monitor keyword and campaign performance and optimize those as necessary.
  • Perform Search Engine Ranking Reports as needed.
  • Work with Trafficking and Research team members to track and analyze campaign performance to ensure performance is optimal.
  • Provide regular reports on campaign performance (ranking, traffic, conversions and other metrics).

Emphasis on "beyond the click" metrics to maximize clients return on investment and sales conversions.

Requirements

 

Required Experience and Skills

  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
  • Strong organizational skills, time management and attention to detail required
  • Experience with copy writing, including function-based text manipulation
  • Experience with Omniture SearchCenter
  • Proficient with Microsoft™ Office applications, especially Excel
  • Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communications
