If you are detail oriented, like talking to patients and payers by phone, and enjoy working independently in a fast paced environment with other experienced likeminded co-workers this is the job for you !
The successful candidate will work in a team environment in a newly renovated office close to major expressways. Our business office is away from the distractions of a busy patient care area. This position offers a variety of job duties including:
***** Precertification of surgical benefits
***** Precertification of physical therapy benefits
***** Precertification of injections, MRI's and related services
***** Post payments to patient accounts
Prior orthopaedic billing and / or insurance experience a plus. MISYS computer experience preferred.
