Description Growing law firm seeks Staff Personal Injury CM for Asheville office

Law Firm; personal injury and workers compensation.  EOE.  10 Holidays; Competitive benefits.
Requirements

Law firm in Asheville, NC is seeking a Staff Personal Injury Case Manager.  Requirements:

•           Excellent written & oral communications, customer service, organization & computer skills.

•           Ability to work in a team environment and meet deadlines in fast-paced environment.

•           Must  be able to multi task to handle tasks quickly and tactfully with all staff levels and the

public

•           Maintain client confidentiality

•           Knowledge of processes and procedures relating to injury law; ex: prepare subpoenas, interrogatories, trial notebooks, exhibits and schedule video depositions, file lawsuits, etc.

•           Minimum of six-12 month prior legal assistant or paralegal and/or personal injury experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

•           Needles database experience a plus

•           Bilingual a plus
