Description
Maintenance Technician needed for a major Nevada Real Estate Developer and Property Management Company. Full time employment – Must be experienced in all areas of maintenance including painting, HVAC, electrical and plumbing. Neat appearance is required. Must have own pickup truck, tools, valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance. Ideal candidate will be personable with the ability to communicate effectively with tenants and management and be able to work with minimal supervision.
