LEAD A TEAM TO SET APPOINTMENTS FACE TO FACE WITH POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS
We are looking for a highly skilled communicator capable of setting appointments,
for our home improvement products in the Knoxville area.
Must love the outdoors, as you will hand out flyers in neighborhoods
where we have done some work.
You will also train, motivate, and dispatch two teams
to talk to people face to face
about their next home improvement.
Then hold the teams accountable for producing appointments.

We need to talk with you!
40 hrs, Hrly pay plus bonuses based on your performance!
401K, BCBS insurance, and paid vacations.
Requirements
QUALIFIED CANDIDATE WILL BE:
FAMILIAR WITH ALL OF EAST TENNESSEE,
OUTGOING, ENERGETIC AND LOVE INTERACTION WITH PEOPLE
ABLE TO PRESENT THEMSELVES PROFESSIONALLY, AS YOUR TEAM WOULD BE
A "FIRST CONTACT" FOR A REPUTABLE HOME IMPROVEMENT COMPANY.
MUST HAVE 1 YEAR VERIFIABLE MARKETING OR SUPERVISORY EXPERIENCE.
ABLE TO WORK MON - FRI UNTIL 7:30 PM AND SAT UNTIL 5PM
