Credit / Collection Associates

A local Credit /Collections firm is hiring for Phone Collection Agents.  This particular company prides itself in being on the cutting edge in the collections industry.  Income potential is virtually limitless due to an aggressive commission program and competitive hourly wage.  Our agents should be prepared to help people resolve their debt problems before their credit is damaged as well as negotiate re-payment deals through thoughtful and compliant communication all while your commission grows because of the assistance provided to your clients in avoiding unpleasant legal actions.

It is common for our agents to make $45k - $65k per year.  These positions are full time and the base pay starts at $11 an hour and commission is from 7-16% based on the size of your account; which is fully in your control.  You will also be eligible for Excellent Benefits after 90 days.
