If you enjoy making a difference in a person's life, this job is for you!  The goal is to help businesses find good employees and give them HR advice and thus grow our business here at Express!  The Express Office is looking for a sales dynamo to market all of its products:  Temporary Staffing, Evaluation Hire, Direct Hire, Professional Placement, Payroll Processing and HR Consulting.  The open territory is St. Tammany, Tangipahoa and Washington Parishes.  You will be responsible for new client development as well as developing business within existing clients.  We need you to find business and bring it to the experts (Inside Staffing Consultants) to fill the orders.  You will also be responsible for making sales calls via appointments,  telemarketing and cold calling.  This is a structured environment with call quotas (25 pr/day).  Expect to be out of the office about 75-80% of the time.  We expect our rep to be involved in community groups like the Chamber!  National support with marketing and promotional materials - fun campaigns provided! Backgrounds good for this may be:  staffing, recruiting, advertising sales, concept sales, and other outside sales.  People who do best are:  self-motivated, possess self discipline, possess high energy, are mature minded, ethical, genuine, enjoy continuous learning, possess strong work ethic, competitive but yet team orientated, can follow a proven system, are keen on time management and love people!  Computer skills are necessary - MS Excel!  Salary:  Base Pay and Commission with no ceiling on commission.  Total Base + Commission:  $40 - 55K possible first year and even more as you continue to grow the book of business.  Benefits include:  80% paid Health (Blue Cross Blue Shield)and 100% paid Dental Insurance, Retirement Plan, Paid Vacation after 1-year, Ongoing Training including staffing certification and more.  $400 Expense Allowance for gas & phone.  Express is the 3rd Largest Employment Agency in Greater New Orleans and we are heading for number 1!
