Riverside County’s Medical Assignment Program (MAP) offers a variety of staffing alternatives for the placement of qualified medical personnel at Mental Health, Riverside County Regional Medical Center, and Public Health Departments. Offering temporary or per diem assignments that will exceed your expectations, our in-house Medical Assignment Program allows healthcare professionals to work in a variety of settings with scheduling options that fit anyone’s active lifestyle. An assignment now exists on the County’s MAP team for:


Clinic Licensed Vocational Nurse $18.54 Per Hour


Working in the Department of Health ambulatory Family Care/Center clinic or other County of Riverside Community Health Agency public health program, LVN II- Per Diems provide highly skilled, vocational nursing care. Work assignments are flexibly scheduled or on an on-call basis and receive additional compensation in lieu of benefits.




Requirements:

  • At least one year of experience working as an LVN
  • A valid California Vocational Nurse's License issued by the California Board of Vocational Nurse & Psychiatric Technician Examiners.
  • Knowledge of current principles, techniques and procedures used in vocational nursing 
  • A valid California driver's license may be required
