Your responsibilities will include:
- Medication administration
- Taking and charting of vitals
- Check blood sugar levels -
Medication titration
- Hourly documentation of patients condition
- Providing family support and education
- Providing total care for your patient

Requirements
We must have the following information in order to be compliant and send you on assignment:
o Valid Drivers License
o Social Security Card
o Nursing License or certification
o CPR certification
o Health Statement (Must be within the last year) **must state that temp is free from communicable disease**
o TB test (must be within the last year)
o Proof of auto insurance
Updated continuous training certifications:
o Domestic Violence
o Bloodbourne pathogens/HIV-AIDS
o Prevention of Medical Errors
o IV therapy Also, these are not required but appreciated:
o Letters of recommendation from previous employers
o Detailed resume
o Voided check for Direct Deposit
