Calling all certified nursing assistants!  Want to work in a great environment serving the geriatric community with the best benefits around?  Of course you do!  The Crestmark Health and Rehabilitation Center in Demotte, IN, is currently seeking applications for nursing assistant staff on first and second shifts.  We are growing our business, so come be part of a fantastic team in a great location with an excellent reputation for providing quality care!

We have 95 beds and 19 independent living apartments.  Our positions are strongly supported by a dedicated team of nurse consultants that includes a Regional Quality Assurance Director, a Regional Quality Support Nurse, and a Regional Resident Assessment Coordinator.  In addition, we have a Full Time Scheduler to ensure things are running smoothly.  Who could ask for a better situation?

Requirements

The successful applicants will possess CNA or QMA licensure/certification in good standing with previous experience in Long Term Care preferred.
