Your main responsibilities will include:

Recruiting, hiring, training, scheduling, mentoring and developing employees

Maintaining our high quality and service standards and suggesting and implementing system improvements

Meeting financial objectives through forecasting and sound fiscal management, cost and portion control and waste minimization

Planning and adjusting menus in collaboration with chefs

Publicizing restaurant operations
-
Maintaining a safe, secure and healthy environment
Qualifications for this position include:
- 2-plus years’ restaurant management experience
- The ability to lead, motivate and supervise others
- Budget management proficiency
We offer a highly competitive salary and generous benefits package that includes:

- $100 monthly travel allowance (after 1 year of employment)
