JMV Associates, an 18 year old financial institution, has developed a work from home opportunity. This opportunity is to call on qualified leads, provided by us, to find commercial leases and loans.  Primary responsibilities include presenting JMV Associates’ financing and lease programs.  You will emphasize our rapid response time and excellent service to equipment dealers to generate applications for financing and develop strong ongoing relationships with them to ensure repeat business.

No licenses are required.  One on one personalized support, online management database and training courses provided.  The account manager assigned to you has the financial experience to close the applications your dealers provide.  Compensation is 2% of the gross funded amount.  

An example of this is as follows:

$47,500.00 (equip. price) x 7% (sales tax) + $1,500.00 (delivery and setup fee) = $52,325.00

Commission is 2% of $52,325.00 = $1,046.50

A good loan officer will find an application a day and he should fund the first deal within the first two weeks. We require a fee of $48.85 upfront to cover the criminal background check, which will be reimbursed at the close of your first deal.  You will be required to provide your social security number in order to run this check.
