RESPONSIBILITIES (include but are not limited to):
- Meeting and greeting all visitors with an innate sense of hospitality
- Prompt and proper phone communication
- Maintaining all office equipment, as well as conference, work, and kitchen spaces,
including inventory and supplies
- Managing mail, packages, and courier deliveries
- Organize and maintain accurate and accessible corporate filing system
- Administrative support to executives, to include some calendaring, meeting organization, presentation preparation, copying, travel coordination, and various tasks as necessitated
- Data entry, filing, and maintenance
-- Complete fluency in Microsoft Office Suite
-- Ability to anticipate problems and needs and effectively follow up
-- Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments with good judgment
-- Detailed oriented and highly organized
-- Independent, resourceful, and self-starting personality
-- Ability to exercise sound judgment in assessing and determining how to handle queries, calls and issues
-- Database skills preferred
-- Bookkeeping/accounts payable experience a plus
Requirements
MUST HAVE A CLEAN BACKGROUND AND DRUG SCREEN
-- Bachelor’s degree preferred with 2-4 years relevant experience
-- Polished and articulate with utmost professionalism
