Description Office Manager - Bookkeeper - To handle front office and supervise office employee reports directly with Owner and interaction with CPA on a Month-Quarterly-Yearly basis.
Requirements Duties Include:

Answering Phones and directing calls.
All aspects of Payroll tax, governmental reports and year end reporting, Certified payroll for Federal jobs.
Accounts Payable
Accounts Receivables/collections/Prelim notices and Lien waivers.
Month end Financial reporting and year end tax preparation and planning in conjunction with CPA review and tax filing preparation.
Compensation is based on experience.
