IT Help Desk Support/PC Desktop Support Technician

Are you looking to break into a new career?  Do you love technology and computers?  We have entry level opportunities for a part-time IT Help Desk Support/PC Desktop Support Technician.

• Troubleshoot computer hardware, software or network.

• Install new software on users computers.

• Clean, modify and repair computer hardware including monitors, keyboard and printers.

• Provide good IT customer service to phone calls or emails.

• Install new users.

• PC Inventory and audits.

• Other IT functions.

• Flexible schedule; 20 hours per week.

 
Preferred Requirements:

• Experience with Microsoft Windows 2003 Pro, Office 2003 and Symantec Ghost.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer service oriented.

• Compliance with Company policy and procedures. 

• Strong work ethics and the ability to work in a demanding environment.
