Description

Provides administrative support to Human Resources department staff, including preparing memos, spreadsheets and/or presentations using Microsoft Excel, WORD and PowerPoint; coordinating travel arrangements; scheduling meetings, events, programs, and activities; preparing agendas; submitting expense reports and ordering office supplies.

 

  • Primary management of filing system and Maintain employee records, perform periodic audits; maintain company organization chart
  • Processes vendor invoices weekly; tracks invoices for certain account codes and vendors; and verifies invoices and analyzes data.
  • Assists in review of carrier error reports; preparation and maintenance of excel data files for valuations and other department activities; etc.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned
Requirements
  • The ability to handle a wide variety of confidential information on a regular basis with a sense of urgency.
  • Positive approach and pro-active working style; Professional demeanor; Team spirit, accuracy and reliability indispensable
  • A high degree of tact, discretion and confidentiality with all levels.
  • The ability to juggle a wide variety of tasks, work independently with minimum direction
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize and complete tasks in a fast-paced environment with a high level of accuracy
  • Must have good professional acumen when interacting with internal and external customers/vendors
  • Ability to quickly develop and maintain constructive and cooperative working relationships with others
  • Must be available to work overtime
  • Must have a high level of proficiency in Microsoft OutLook, WORD, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with ADP preferred
  • College degree; a minimum of 1 to 2 years of HR and Office Administrative experience.
