Description

Night Manager needed for this fast paced highly automated commercial bakery. The right candidate must be able to manage supervision & and work force to maintain quality, production, safety and scrap efficiency in this commercial baking environment.
This is a 24 \7 operation in a growing commercial bakery with multiple product lines.

salary DOE full pd medical and pension.
Some relo covered

Requirements 5 years experience in a supervisory or managerial roll in a High speed commercial bakery environment. Experience with automated buns or breads a plus. Must be available to work night shift. Candidate should be familiar with GMPs, HACCP, AIB& OSHA standards. Opportunties for advancement for the right candidate.
