Description Aloha Companies is seeking a Full Time experienced, highly motivated, and detail oriented individual for an Estimator position. The candidate would work as estimator only to develop winning bid strategies on projects.

Canidate must have experience with public works, roads, parks, and public easements on all phases of construction.

A qualified candidate shall have a working knowledge of all bidding strategies. Should be able to read and interpret specifications and drawings for all divisions. This position also requires a working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Excel, and Word. Candidate will also utilize “Estimation" software for performing take-offs. Effective written and verbal communications a must.

Position requires soliciting subcontractor and vendor quotes when necessary, and developing proposals, effective method for soliciting to architects and owners, in order to be placed on their bidder list.
