Description This Human Resources Manager position will be responsible for providing guidance on all Human Resources policies and practices to ensure a stable work environment. This position will also provide leadership in the following Human Resources functions:

Medical Department and Workers Compensation Case Management Program
Security Department
State and Federal Mandated measures
Implementation of Corporate Human Resources Directives
Administering Benefit Programs
Coordination of Employee activities
Employee Development
Recruiting
Performance Management

This position will also handle local community and governmental affairs.

Requirements This position requires a BS degree in Business or Human Resources. Must have 10-15 years of Human Resources generalist experience in non-union setting. Must have experience in a petro-chemical environment handling employee relations, staff development, salary administration and policy implementation.

Knowledge of Community relations also required.

Residency in the East Baton Rouge/Ascension parish area is required. Relocation will be provided, if necessary.
