Physician / NP Recruiter

Berger Health System has an opening for an experienced Physician/Nurse Practitioner Recruiter to lead and develop a new program that integrates our physician sourcing into the strategic initiatives of the health system. 

The successful candidate will have a strong track record in recruiting, sourcing and onboarding candidates for employed physician practice groups.  The candidate must be creative and up to date in all forms of electronic communication and social networking technology.  At the same time, the individual must have strong interpersonal one-on-one communication skills that work well with teams, executives, physicians, the community, academia and Boards.   This individual must demonstrate the ability to put together effective and dynamic business plans that get results, build relationships and develop trust.  Must be able to represent the community and region as having quality of life as a place to be both employed and live.  Must be culturally astute and self-aware.   Should be able to demonstrate networking skills that can sustain a recruitment and sourcing plan.  The successful candidate will be intuitive regarding future needs of an organization and service line growth.  Must convey confidence and poise and be approachable by all levels of the organization.

Minimum qualifications include:

• A minimum of 3-5 years in Physician Recruitment
• A proven track record of success
• Exemplary written, verbal and technical communication skills
• A Bachelors degree is required.  A Masters is a plus. 
• Familiarity with hospitals and Physician Office Practices required
• Must be familiar with wRVU’s and current compensation models
• Must have the ability to be strategic, credible, clear and organized in reporting
• Possess both short and long term planning skills
• Leadership and public speaking skills are key
