IFCO SYSTEMS is seeking a confident and energetic Office Manager for our pallet repair facility in Burlington, New Jersey.

Responsibilities:

This position requires working knowledge of all MS Office products, especially Excel. Ideal applicants will possess basic accounting and bookkeeping skills. This position also requires professional communication at all times with management, employees, and customers. Candidates should have three or more years experience in a fast-paced office environment and should be very organized.  The ideal candidate will learn our business and be willing and able to step in during the General Manager's absence.

The Office Manager assists employees by providing them with payroll and benefit information. Each week, the Office Manager will oversee a number of ongoing accounting responsibilities including customer service, ordering, invoicing, payroll administration, month end closing, etc.  This position also provides general clerical support to the facility's management and sales staff by answering phones, taking messages, keeping schedules, copying, faxing, etc.  The Office Manager may help supervise an Administrative Assistant and be willing to make internal sales calls.



Please be advised this is a warehouse/manufacturing facility as opposed to an office environment.

 
 
Job Requirements

Qualifications:

-Three or more years of Office Manager experience, particularly in a manufacturing environment with 50 or more employees

-Ability to meet strict deadlines
-Excellent customer service and telephone skills
-Proficiency in all MS Office applications, especially Excel
-Works well unsupervised

Preferences:

-Manufacturing background
-Bi-lingual (English and Spanish)
-AS or BS degree in Accounting or related field
-Solomon accounting software experience
