Kelly Clinical Research is currently seeking candidates with experience in Global Product Safety and Complaints for our customer in Northern Illinois. This is a 6-12 month contract opportunity.
The GPSC Associate will be responsible for managing a complaint through its entire life cycle from triaging the initial phone call, making the decision on appropriate action, entering the complaint into the tracking system, investigation, regulatory reporting and ultimately closure. This position requires candidates that are extremely detail orientated with excellent communication skills.
Requirements:
BS in Life Sciences/Healthcare required; BS in Nursing desirable
Demonstrated experience in drug safety/product complaint environment for a pharmaceutical or biotech company
Extremely professional with strong people skills
Must be flexible regarding job duties - have a 'will do what it takes to get the job done' attitude
Must be immediately eligible to work for any employer in the U.S. without any restriction
