Accounts Payable:

Job Duties:

Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and other financial reports.

Assists with Accounts Payable system reconciliation and controls over check cutting process.

Assists with special projects and due diligence as requested.

Written and verbal communication skills utilizing phone, email and interpersonal skills with vendors, contractors and associates.

Requirements:

Excellent oral/written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.

Strong computer knowledge and skills, including in-depth expert knowledge of spreadsheet, database, and word processing.
