Job Description

This position is a review and advisory role; not a write-up position. You will review federal, state, local, and foreign tax returns and k-1s as well as estimates for all partnership products with the primary focus on private equity.
This position will provide tax, technical and reporting support to both clients and the firm.

Experience/Skills:
  • 5 years current and recent corporate tax AND Private Equity Tax and/or Hedge Fund tax experience is a MUST
  • Experience with various state and local corporate tax return filings; including estimated tax payments and extensions
  • Must have experience and knowledge of 1065 and k-1, 1120, and 1120-F
  • Knowledge of U.S. withholding rules and familiarity with the various forms
  • Experience with financial products taxation
  • Some audit experience helpful; CPA helpful, Big 4 TAX/ public TAX background helpful, but not required
