Basic Function:
 
Provide support and assistance to the Chief Operations Officer in the administration and management of the studio.
 
Position Duties:  Daily duties will include, but are not limited to:
               
Administration Management

• Reconcile and code monthly billing invoices for approval
• Prepare purchase orders requests and check requests
• Handle various employee benefit programs
• Handle "New Employee Notifications" to accommodate

§  Office and phone set-up
§  Proximity card and office key issuance

• Coordinate "Online" store product link updates
• Faxing, filing and correspondence
• Issue policy or event related e-mails as directed
• Manage and resolve a variety of unforeseen problems and issues that arise daily.

 
Facility Management
 

• Manage HVAC, Janitorial and Engineering related facility issues;
  • Liaison daily with property management office
  • Handle hot/cold call issues building wide
  • Coordinate day porter cleaning duties
  • Assist facility coordinator with general facility maintenance
• Operating and maintaining Activision's building access system;
  • Issue new or replacement proximity security cards 
  • Maintain user database with Checkpoint software
  • Review daily 'after-hour' employee sign-in logs
• Utilize TAG-IT asset inventory program to manage company assets;

 
Scope of the Position
               
Will involve interaction with all levels of Activision personnel on a variety of issues ranging from low to very high priority and at varying levels of confidentiality.
 

 

Education:          
High School diploma required.  College degree preferred.
 
Qualifications, skills and/or requirements:

• Excellent verbal skills, able to communicate clearly and diplomatically.
• Ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Eager and willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done.
• Strong sense of urgency and responsibility.
• Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook. 
• Ability to work on their own, with minimal direction.

Physical Requirements:
 
This position requires the ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with arms or hands, stoop, kneel, talk, see and hear.  The noise level in the work environment is moderate.
