Compensation: $67,000 to $82,000 per year

This growing manufacturing client has an excellent opportunity for a Controller. The Controller will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day accounting, including: month-end closing process, budgeting and forecasting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and job costing functions. The Controller will also be responsible for variance analysis, understanding data collection systems, and improving business processes. A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance is required. Candidates with MBA Degree or CPA license preferred. 10+ years of hands-on experience as a Controller/Financial Manager are essential. Excellent problem-solving skills needed. Good oral/written communication and presentation skills helpful. Knowledge of job cost accounting is highly desired.
