The primary job objective will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service experiences along with upselling additional products or services to our clients customers. Job Requirements 

 

Education and Experience: HS Diploma or GED required.  A minimum of one year experience selling in a commissioned compensation environment, either retail or telesales.  Must present a sincere, compassionate telephone demeanor.   Computer proficiency is a must. 
 

  

Flexible hours required for a 7 day a week [Click Here to Email Your Resumé] environment. Seeking people that can be very flexible with their work schedule including weekends. Each job has their own specific hours of operations and will be discussed during the interview process.

 

Training: Sutherland Global Services pays its employees for initial training and offers basic and extended training options for career-minded individuals.  Training is offered during normal operation hours and depending on the program after hour training may be offered. After the completion of required training hours the position moves to part time 20 to 29 hours a week.

The Home Office Environment As a Sutherland Home Associate, you will need to be able to provide a dedicated work area that is dedicated to the purposes of performing your duties as a Sutherland Home Associate. This dedicated space needs to be free of distractions so that you may stay focused on providing the very best support for our client customers possible.

Hardware Requirements You will need a PC that meets the following minimum requirements:

·         32 Bit Windows XP or 32 Bit Windows Vista (Home Premium or Business)

·         1 GHz or higher Intel Pentium 4 or AMD 64 processor

·         1 GB of System Ram for Windows XP or 1.5 GB for Vista

·         20 GB of available hard drive space

·         DVD drive

·         Sound Card
