Part Time Work from Home Teleinterviewer I
Basic Purpose:This position completes life insurance applications via telephone for a single client company.
Working Hours:The work from home position would require working from the Lee's Summit, MO office for 6-8 weeks for training before working from home. Training hours are Monday Friday 5pm to 9pm.
Monday-Friday 4:00pm-8:00pm, Saturday 12:30pm to 4:30pm
(Tuesday or Wednesday off during the week)

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
Complete interviews with life insurance applicants via telephone. These interviews will include gathering medical, financial, occupational, and avocation histories. Review and edit information collected during the interview for quality assurance purposes.
Manage the C4 Call Management System by making telephone calls, logging call attempts, documenting information within orders as necessary and recording call results.
Responds to the needs and requests of clients and Quest Diagnostics management and staff in a professional and expedient manner.
Observes all compliance policies and safety policies and procedures as outlined in the Quest Diagnostics Safety Manual or safety matters included in other special training.
Knowledge & Experience:
High School Diploma or Equivalent required, some college courses preferred.
Minimum Skills Required: Ability to type 25 wpm adjusted for accuracy
Strong communication skills
Accurate, detail oriented
Proficient teamwork skills
Good work attendance record
Organizational skills
Six (6) Months Customer service experience
Minimum Skills Preferred:
Background in Medical Terminology
