Verifications Specialist--Morning Shift

Work schedule hours are from 5:00am-1:30pm

Job Description:

The Verifications Team works to verify past and present employment, professional licensures, and education.  The team also contacts personal and professional references.  Responsibilities of the position include:

• Placing outbound calls to various institutions to verify and/or obtain information.
• Receiving inbound calls. 
• Accurately keying results into proprietary software system.

Candidates must meet the following minimum criteria in order to be considered for this position Call Center experience, experience with MS Office Suite and additional language skills are strong pluses.

• High School Diploma/GED.
• Minimum typing speed of 35-40 wpm.
• Ability to work early morning hours (5am to 1:30pm).
